Alphaheat is a specialised OEM manufacturer of underfloor heating components. Our mission is to provide our clients with high-quality components for underfloor heating installations. By equiping our machine park with advanced injection moulding machines, producing with quality materials and basing our product designs on years of knowledge and expertise, we ensure that our customers and installators who work with them use our products with full satisfaction.

Injection molds

Thanks to owning our own toolroom, we are able to swiftly produce an injection mold in accordance with our client's specifications.

We own injection molding machines which allow us to produce small and medium sized components. We continuously expand and automate our machine park.

We have peripheral devices at our disposal, which simplify the production process – robots, mold thermoregulators, driers, belt feeders, etc.

We assist in launching the production of new plastic components. Based on an existing technical drawing, 3D model we select the appropriate technological solution and materials, and prepare a quote for the development of the injection mold as well as launching a unit production.

We also produce using our client's own injection mold, when preferred.
